Each of us has a contemplative side to us. Look within. What is it that really makes you happy? That will reduce your stress and enable you to enjoy Life more.
Have you a talent? A gift given by God. Capitalise on it. You'll be amazed at how good you feel about yourself. Don't ignore your talents, even if they are considered old fashioned.
Take one day at a time. Resolve to be happy today, every day. It's possible when you take it step by step. You can accomplish a lot more.
Don't look for happiness in the outer world. If you can't find it within you, you won't find it anywhere else.
