How to deal with toxic people

First of all, understand that you are not alone when you are able to identify at leas one toxic person you have come across in your life. This person could be a friend, a colleague, a family member, your boss ` there are so many kinds of people who could be toxic. It is for you to identify the toxic person and stop allowing this person to hurt you or affect you in any way. It is for you to take action or he can continue to hurt you all your life.
