Of days when people gathered to make elaborate snacks in large tins for families that devoured them by the kilo while listening to stories on a moonlit terrace? Or days when people stopped to stand and stare at the hibiscus bush in its flowery glory? Or to pick baskets of basil to string into garlands?

Who hasn't fallen asleep on grandma's warm lap, happy and content after a meal she has fed you with her own hands. And told you a story about demons that are evil and good little children like you who are angelic and powerful enough to destroy the demons?
