FEELING GOOD

Are you a heavy-duty person? Do things that don't really matter swamp you? Are you letting yourself get bogged down?

All that is really up to you. It is your perception that makes your life. Your mind tells you to feel good about certain things. It also makes you feel bad about other things. You act according to the dictates of your mind.

The point here is: you can change your mind! It is in your power to think that the good is really a lot better! The bad maybe pretty good after all!

Feeling good isn't about money, status or success. It is about health-your state of mind. It is essentially feeling good about life in general and yourself in particular.

No matter where you're placed and how you are doing, contentment comes from within. If you are content with yourself and content with others-you are then feeling good about life.

There is no need to hurtle your way through life. You have much to achieve and miles to go. But life isn't a record book, which you have to keep filling in with your various achievements.

Slow down meteorite girl, don't burn yourself out. This is your life. It is meant to be enjoyed.

Don't be a beast of burden. Why plod through life? It's time to shed your load. Start shrugging it off. Dump needless expectations in the garbage. Lighten your emotional baggage.

It's time to reinvent, time to be the "new" you. Wear a fresh attitude! Be a changed person. Think positive. Just square up your shoulders and look at life anew. Put yourself in charge. Be responsible for your decisions. This is the only life you will have. It's there within you, waiting to be released. Don't suppress it any longer.

Take a deep breath and stop to smell the flowers. Watch a cloud sail slowly across the sky. Delight in the twinkle in your child's eyes. These will go unnoticed if you don't derive pleasure from them. Live life like you always wanted to - with elan, with panache, with the thrill of living.
