The birds of prey, eagles have strong build, large size, powerful claws, exceptionally keen eyesight and huge beak, all of which help them to spot a potential preys, capture them and tear the flesh off their bodies. Eagles have many species, of which more than sixty can be found in Eurasia and Africa, two in North America, nine in Central America and 3 in Australia. These large birds usually find a great home in open areas nearby a water body, where they make eyries (nests) of sticks and fresh green leaves.
