1.Chicken Piccata Recipe

All you have to do is, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and kosher salt to form a mixture and sprinkle in on both sides of pre marinated and sliced chicken. Heat a heavy pat over medium flame and add olive oil, so that it coats the surface. Then, place the chicken slices on the pan and cook both sides until golden brown. Once it is cooked, add some white wine and cook. Scrape the brown parts until they are syrupy. Add some butter, chicken stock and lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with capers and put on the lid for another 2 minutes. Serve with couscous and mayonnaise.
2.Apple chicken Quesadilla
This Mexican quick dish will prove to be delight for whole of your family. It is easy to cook and yummy. You have to start with heating a skillet on high flame and place a tortilla on it. Flip it over and heat until you see air pockets formed in these. On half of the tortilla, place a cheese slice and add chicken pieces on the top of it. Fold it over and press with the spatula. When the cheese inside had melted and your room is full of the cheese and chicken aroma, remove your quesadilla from the pan to a cutting board. Open it and add it to apple slices and salsa. Fold again and cut it into pieces. Mouth watering quesadillas are ready to eat.
3.Barbecued chicken
This is one of the dishes which are relished by everybody. You cannot simply resist barbecued chicken, no matter how full your tummy is. It is easy to make and would take just 5 minutes of your time. You have to start by coating Chicken pieces with vegetable oil and salt. Once your grill is prepared for high heat, lay these pieces on the hottest part of the grill. Depending on how hot your grill is, flip over the pieces in 5-10 minutes. Turn over your chicken piece and baste in with barbecue sauce of your choice. Cover the grill and allow to heat for 30 minutes. Repeat this over for another 30 minutes. Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, coat the pieces again with the barbecue sauce and serve hot. You can also serve along some garlic chutney and chopped vegetables.
