Sudha: Hi Jaya

Jaya: How are you? Good to see you.

Sudha: I'm fine. But what happened to you? You look down & unhealthy.

Jaya: Ahhh.just feelin' a lill' tired.

Sudha: Do you do any sort of physical and mental exercises?

Jaya: No ways. With hectic personal and professional life, I'm left with no time to exercise.

Sudha: I didn't mean that you have you have to do rigorous exercise. Do 15 minutes of Yoga and meditation daily.

Jaya: Really

Sudha: Yoga is a physical discipline and literally means union. It refers to the union of an individual soul with the universe. It encourages the union of mind, body & spirit. Aim of Yoga is the attainment of the physical, mental and spiritual health.

Yoga uses the body and breathing to develop self-awareness and mental clarity. Yoga is a way of living. It benefits the mind, body, soul and inner spirit. Yoga is therapeutic and practice of yoga heals stress, anger, anxiety, headaches, depression, insomnia and various other skin problems.

Jaya: What are the benefits of Yoga?

Sudha: Yoga brings down stress and enhances powers of relaxation. It boosts physical strength, stamina and flexibility. It improves concentration and self control.

Yoga boosts the immune system and heals injuries. It boosts functioning of the immune system. Yoga enhances the posture and improves blood circulation. Yoga cleanses organ and gives glowing skin.

Practice of yoga gives a positive outlook to life. It infuses a sense of balance and internal harmony.

Please tell me whether there are yoga postures to improve eye sight and reduce myopia.
