Sunita: Priyanka you have gained a lot of weight.
Priyanka: Really. Don` lie to me.
Sunita: Seriously. Last time when i saw you 6 months back you were so slim and trim. But now you seem overweight. There`s a lot of extra flab on your tummy, thighs and buttocks. You`ve easily gained around 7- 8 Kgs.
Priyanka: Oh! My God. What should i do? Many of my friends and colleagues are saying the same.

Sunita: First of all tell me are you overeating.
Priyanka: I won`t lie to you. Yes I often overeat. When I get stressed I indulge in overeating. My eating habits have become worse. I eat a lot of junk food, colas and oily food.
Sunita: That`s it. You have gained weight coz` of eating unhealthy food. I guess you don`t even exercise after eating all this high-calorie food.
Sunita: The easiest way to lose weight fast is to follow a healthy balanced diet. Don`t eat three big meals in a day. Instead eat 6 small meals after some gap throughout a day. It`ll keep your stomach filling and you won`t overeat. Say `NO` to unhealthy food.
Exercise to burn calories and shed the oodles of weight you`ve gained in the past few months.
Priyanka: You wanna say I should join a gym or fitness club.
Sunita: Ya. There are well equipped and state-of-the art gyms and fitness centres where you can exercise and burn fat.
You can exercise without spending big bucks. Go for early morning walk outside. Take a walkman, cd player or ipod with you and entertain yourself while walking. This is really one of the easy ways to lose weight.
Buy treadmill and walk on it to burn calories. You should run on it 2-4 times a week for at least 20 minutes.
Taking a jog is also very effective. Jogging outside for about 3 times a week for 30 minutes will definitely make you lose kilos quickly.
