Swati: Hi! Parul. What's up?

Parul:Hey. I'm doing great.

Swati: Good

Parul: But what happened to you.

Swati: Nothing. Why you're asking this?

Parul: You seem very pale and weak. Is there anything wrong?

Swati: Oh! No. It might coz' i don't feel like eating anything.

Parul: Why?

Swati: I mean. Look at the weather. It's so hot and humid. I just can't eat deep fried oily food, junk food or anything heavy. I often skip my meals.

Parul: Hang on. That's not good Swati. So what if it's summer. It doesn't mean that you'll stop eating.

Swati: I know that's wrong. But what should i do.

Parul: Eat light food. Have lots of fruits, juices or vegetables. I think you're fond of tea and coffee. Stop drinking tea and coffee. You can have coconut water, lemon water, and watermelon during summer time. Avoid eating rice, deep fried food or starchy food.

Swati: Hmm..

Parul: To beat the heat in summertime, it's necessary to give the body something cool and soothing. I tried out summer salad. It's yummy and delicious.

Swati: Tell me Summer Salad Recipe. I'll try it at home.

Parul: For Summer Salad you need ingredients including Broccoli, Mushrooms, Corn, and Fresh Cream. First of all wash Broccoli with water and cut into small florets and dice with mushrooms and baby corn. Add fresh cream in the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss them with seasoning. Take a salad bowl and arrange lettuce in it. Put the tossed mixture on the bed of lettuce. Garnish the salad with tomato flower, chopped onions and sprouts.

Your Summer Salad is ready. Have it at any time of the day. It's light, nutritious and lip- smacking. I'm sure you gonna love it.

Swati: Absolutely.
