Radha: Oh! Thanks for the compliment. But I must tell you its not as if I dont have to take care of my skin. Ive to make an extra effort for smooth, spotless and shining skin.
Jaya: You must be having regular facials, massages and skin care treatments in beauty parlors for your skin care treatments.
Radha: Not really. I use natural facials and home made ingredients for skin care. Skin care doesnt mean regular trips to the beauty parlor.

Radha: Wear sunscreen to protect skin from UV rays from damaging the skin. It helps avoiding wrinkles, premature aging, age spots, and cancer.
Drink lots of water, at least 8 glasses of water in a day. It hydrates the skin and one of the best ways to keep your skin healthy. Water helps to hydrate the skin and move waste and nutrients through the system.
Do exercise, rest at regular intervals, and have good nutrition to have a healthy skin.
Rub fruit pulp like papaya, apple, orange or tomato on your face for cleaning and skin glow.
Wash your face with water again and again to keep skin clean.
