Sunidhi: Hey! Thanks

Reema: What`s your pregnancy due date?

Sunidhi: I`m expecting baby by the end of this year and even consulted a gynecologist. I used Pregnancy Date Calculator to find the due date.

Reema: Great. It`s your first baby tell me how does it feel?

Sunidhi: It feels awesome. I`m really very excited. Reema you`re already a mother. Give me a few pregnancy tips.

Reema: During pregnancy you will have gradual and healthy weight.

You need about 300 extra calories during pregnancy. Eat a balanced diet but in moderation.

Eating healthy food in the best thing you can do to yourself and your baby.

Give at least 30 minutes each day in exercises Yoga and meditations is also recommended.

Go for regular medical check up for you`re and your child`s health.

Prefer doing low-impact activities like swimming or brisk walking.

Include protein rich diet like eggs, legumes and pulses. Have carbohydrates and healthy fats in your meals.
