Preeti: Hey..

Richa: How was your weekend??

Preeti: Very good.. I spent all the time sleeping. What did you do?

Richa: I was in kitchen preparing food in the first half and then serving it to my in-laws in the next half.

Preeti: Hmmm.. so what all did you cook?

Richa: The list is long.. but I tried making Mango Fried Rice for the first time. This is my fiance's favorite dish.

Preeti: Sounds yum.. temme the recipe na please..

Richa: Sure yaar..

First of all, you wash and soak Basmati Rice for 10 min. Then heat half a teaspoon of ghee and fry the rice which is taken directly from water till the moisture is absorbed (about 2 mintues). Then heat oil in pressure cooker and fry bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms and green chillies. Add rice and salt.. stir for few minutes. Then add mango pulp and one and a half cup water. Then add the remaining ghee and mix well. Pressure cook to 10-12 minutes. Lastly garnich with nuts.

Preeti: Oh.. That is it?

Richa: Yes.. simple no..

Preeti: Hmmmm.. I am also going to try this today itself. Thanks..
