Kalpana: Oh! Yeah

Gaurav: How long you've been going to the gym?

Kalpana: For the last 3 months I've been going to the gym.

Gaurav: Ok

Kalpana: I had put on a lot of weight for quite some time, so decided to join the gym.

Gaurav: It's good that you take care of your health and fitness.

Kalpana: Hmmm

Gaurav: By the way what kind of clothes do you wear while working out?

Kalpana: You mean to say Gym wear.

Gaurav: Yeah

Kalpana: I've no special gym wear. I go to the gym wearing my casuals like jeans, cargo and T shirt.

Gaurav: many people like you fail to wear the proper attire. But wearing the ill fitting clothes may result in an injury. Its better not only to dress well to avoid getting hurt but even wear fashionable clothes. Why not look good in a gym where you can meet a potential girlfriend or your boss.

Kalpana: What sort of gym wear I should wear?

Gaurav: Gym wear such as sweat wicking fabrics, structured seaming and supportive lining and panels enhances the performance.

The easiest fashion choice for top wear is a T-shirt made of light, breathable material, such as cotton that should properly fit you. Avoid wearing polyester and T-shirts that are too large or too tight.

Sweatpants and spandex shorts are popular gym wear. Wear versatile and stylish shoes or sneakers socks from labels like Reebok or Nike.
