Rajeev: How are your doing Sachin?

Sachin: You can see it yourself.

Rajeev: What do your mean?

Sachin: Look at me. I `m not in a good shape and i feel stressed out and tired easily.

Rajeev: You must devote 1 hour to yourself. Try healthy balanced and nutritious diet.

Sachin: Can you tell a few Fitness tips.

Rajeev: Be active and stay healthy. Move your body daily. Climb stairs instead of elevator. Go for daily morning walks. Join a dance class like salsa or classical dance, play sports or try your hands on tai chi or kickboxing.

Take care of what you eat. Avoid junk food like fried foods, burgers, sausage, French fires. Eat dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream in low fat versions.

Quit bad habits like smoking and alcohol. They are not the stress busters. Tobacco and alcohol affects your immune system and makes you weak.

If you are stressed out, felling anxiety or hypertension, then find way to relieve it. Spend time doing something you like. Read a book, go for a walk in the park, meet your friends, catch a movie or listen to the music.

Keep a Positive mental outlook towards life. There`s a definitive connection between living well and having a cheerful outlook on life. You can`t be unhappy when you`re smiling or singing.

Yoga and meditation brings mental and physical level of satisfaction.
