Ananya: Don`t eat if you are angry or upset. Try not to have high calorie food, fried or fatty food.

Ananya: Avoid overeating. Eat enough food to satisfy your hunger.
Eat freshly cooked foods as much as possible.
Substitute sugar with brown sugar, jaggery or honey.
Never skip meals. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Go for a walk after a meal.
