Relax. Be it extravagant or intimate. It is your wedding. A truly exciting time for you and your family. Enjoy the romance and the excitement of the event. Even the process leading to it. Here are some points to keep in mind to ensure that everything goes as you wished.

Finding out who is available and referrals are great ways to find professionals offering quality wedding services and products. Listen to friends and family you trust. They can offer valuable advice about the vendors they have dealt with in the past.

Use the Internet. The Internet provides abundant resources for planning your wedding. Plus, you can click onto wedding suppliers` websites. Call and request information and price lists to be sent. Use the Net. It is a great way to inquire about services. And it saves time.

Words don`t mean anything. Do not assume that a wedding supplier (videographer, photographer, etc.) you spoke to over the phone will be at your wedding as promised. Get written quotations and commitments. Do not assume that you have understood terms - or the vendor has understood your requirements. Ask. Explain. Clarify.

Communicate: The bride and groom and their families should keep the communication channels clear and open. Discuss wedding decisions, especially those regarding expenditure. It`s a good idea to stay in constant touch with your wedding suppliers. Reconfirm plans and arrangements with the wedding suppliers a few days before the event.
