The recent boom in technology in hiking the world`s performance standards and fast urbanization of daily life had created tumultuous pressure in people`s lives in work and home balance, achievements and set backs in ever challenging professional strifes in case of career set goals. The result of this disequilibrium had paved the way for acute imbalance in the lives of those who are continuing their race on the performing strip, causing health problems and maladies that the body and mind can`t mend right away. The Hypertension and Blood Pressure are two such common intertwined health maladies almost reaching a peak in the recent years. Therefore, Hypertension Control (Blood Pressure Control) is a major, yet difficult preventive measure amidst these non compromising urban lifestyles, that we all lead in the recent times.

Let us try to endevour the naturally existing Hypertension and Blood Pressure Control Points that work in unison almost in a symbiotic set up to keep the normal status quo in the body. The heart is an almost self induced pump that controls the flow of the blood through the body. This pump works through gradual generation, that is Hypertension and release of strain, that is, Hypotension on the arterial walls. This coupled process of physiologically controlled rise and fall of blood pressure helps to gush the blood into the cells and tissues in the different regions of the body. Sometimes in controlling Hypertension and Blood Pressure, the pressurization can increase, in case the physiologically ambient parts need more and more nutrients through blood to meet the demands of their high metabolic turnover.

Thus Hypertension Control (Blood Pressure Control) set up in the normal body works in an unified response to two factors:

1.The force with which the heart is pumping the blood to the physiologically demanding sites all throughout the body.
2.The extent to which the arteries in the body are relaxed and pressurized in turn to gush the blood normally to the significant targets.

The Hypertension takes it`s toll in one of every five people around the globe due to malfunctions in either one, or, both of these two different aspects in controlling Blood Pressure. Though the normal line for Hypertension Control (Blood Pressure Control) is around 160 mm of Hg for the systolic and 90 – 99 mm of Hg for diastolic pressure, the Blood Pressure for Hypertension shows hikes above the normal systolic and diastolic blood pressure limits in persons suffering from:

1.Anxiety disorders
2.Excessive Work Pressure
3.Work – Home Imbalances
4.Pregnancy related anxiety
5.Depression and Phobia generated complications

Etiology of Hypertension and Blood Pressure imbalance can also be linked to several physiological discomforts arising from:

1.Increased Levels of Cholesterol in the body
2.Increased level of HDL (High Density Lipoproteins) and LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins in the blood.
3.Renal Imbalances leading to abnormal kidney function
4.Cardiac disturbances in the heart itself, or, in the major arterial and venal ducts
5.Side effects due to administration of certain antidepressants and anxiolytic drugs

One of the major symptomatic problem for Hypertension Control (Blood Pressure Control) is that, it can hardly be detected as the manifestations seen can also be characterized to arise from other unrelated medical complications. Blood Pressure and Hypertension imbalance however, shows certain detectable symptoms that can be, if at all possible, detected and administered to channelize within normal limits by the physicians. The common symptoms that arise due to malfunction in Controlling Hypertension and Blood Pressure are:
  • Headache
  • Confusion
  • Sleepiness
  • Coma
As long as proper detections are done and regularity is maintained in Hypertension Control (Blood Pressure Control) the malady can be kept under the thumb of responsible physicians. However, the only respite can be obtained from regular sleep wake routine and a little ease of the pressure inflicting work loads faced by the people of the coming years.
