Interior design and interior decoration are very often confused to be the same thing. In fact they have two different functions. The former deals with the design and utilisation of interior space, while the latter serves to enhance the aesthetics and visual appeal of interior spaces. The two, however, complement each other and only when they work in harmony does one achieve an appealing end product.
