If the arterial walls are found thickened and blocked. There are some restrictions implied in the medical profession regarding the application of Chlortalidone. The restriction measures applied is stated as follow:

Chlortalidone should not be applied to the patients who are allergic to sulphonamide group drugs.
The doctors should not prescribe this drug to the patients who have renal problems.
The patient with severe lever and digestive problems are not prescribed this drug.
