There are a number of ways to keep yourself fit and healthy. Regular exercise, nutritious diet and proper rest ensure a healthy body and mind. Health drinks are considered as the comprehensive part of your daily diet that not only help to retain the texture of your skin but also make your hair look good. Cran-Raspberry Smoothie is one such drink that is loaded with rich vitamins and the lip smacking taste of raspberry as well as orange. Cran-Raspberry Smoothie tastes really awesome, particularly if it is taken after any physical work. For proper growth and development of the kids, Cran-Raspberry Smoothie is the perfect health drink that you can rely upon. Cran-Raspberry Smoothie is quite easy to make. There are some basic ingredients needed to prepare the refreshing health drink. Take a cup of cranberry juice and a single cup of orange juice. You can use packaged cranberry and orange juice or can even get the juice by putting them in a juicer. Now take 1 cup of raspberry sorbet and 1 cup of frozen cranberries. Take 2 tablespoon of frozen orange juice concentrate. You may also take 2 orange slices for garnishing. Now start mixing all the ingredients in a blender on top speed till it gets smoothen. You can now garnish the health drink with the orange slices. The above preparation yields 2 servings. Cran-Raspberry Smoothie has got immense nutritious value. The above preparation provides you protein-2 gm, calories-336, carbohydrates 83 gm,fiber 5 gm and sodium 30 mg. Whats more, the health drink doesn`t contain any cholesterol at all.
