There are three levels of this exercise which should be completed if one is willing to become the master of Reiki.
In the first level, one will only come to know about the Principle and major goals of this exercise. The Trainee will come to know about the background and how to use this exercise so as to gain energy. At the time of performing this exercise, it is very important to control out the emotions and gain the physical strength at the same time. This exercise will mainly include the resting of stomach and back. The Master needs to be touched from the head to toes. At the time of touching toes, the energy will be generated from the hand. Although, there are various online course available which can be helpful to learn this course, but if one is willing to learn this course in the better and effective then individual training should be applied.
Once, the first level is done, the second level kicks in. In this level, the trainee will be allowed to expand and get more expose than the first level. So, one can come to know more about Reiki at this level. However, it is preferred to move to this level only if the first level has been completed successfully. This level will be helpful to transfer energy in different areas of a body through the Reiki. More level of energy will be generated as well as transferred in this level as compared to that of the first level. The first level of training was concentrated on the physical healing while this one is more focused on the gaining of spiritual, mental and emotional control.
This is referred as the last level which is required to be passed in order to become the master of Reiki. Here, one can come to know about the different sings used in this exercise and what are their meanings. One will also learn about how to approach to different situations by using the stress management. On top of that, different Reiki Attunements also will be taught in this level only.
