Make a habit of going to the gym every once in a while rather daily and also take a run around the neighborhood. Don’t forget to take the dog for a walk regularly if you have one. Opt for a frequent routine exercise everyday which helps you boost your immune system.

Theory 8: The last point is the essential one as it tells you to REST in order to follow the previous seven points.
