There are high chances that the notion of beer giving one a belly, to be untrue. Many surveys and studies have revealed that obesity has got nothing to do with the fact that whether one drink beer or not. In fact, if someone is a calorie conscious person then they should know that beer contains lesser calories that other sugary sweet fruit cocktails and sodas.
But again, excessive drinking can lead to some obesity issues. Beer along with the taste, refreshment and enjoyment also gives a healthier life. Thus, there is no harm in accepting beer as a part of our routine healthy lifestyle; only one should keep the level of consumption under check.
