Ingredients:

Besan 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Spinach 8-10 leaves
Sugar 2 tsp
Eno fruit salt 1 tsp
Juice of 1 lemon
Finely chopped Green
Grated Ginger 1 inch
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilies 2

Method:

Take a bowl and mix besan with chopped spinach, ginger, green chilies, sugar spice powders and salt to taste. Then mix water to make a smooth paste by using approximately1/2 cup of water for 1 cup of besan. After that mix one teaspoon full of oil and stir well. Next step is to heat up 1 cup of water and then place it on a pan having some water in it. You have to smear the pan with oil in order to lubricate it. As the water starts to boil, you can add the Eno fruit salt to the paste and stir continuously. Then pour the paste over the already greased pan and place it on top of the vessel with water in cooker. After covering the lid it should be steamed in the cooker on moderate temperature without a whistle. Then it should be cooked for about 15-20 minutes until the fork or a toothpick comes out totally clean. Then it should be removed from the cooker to make pieces. Then start heating oil in a small vessel and put few mustard seeds. Let it fry for a while. Then some green chilies should be added and heat should be turned off. Then add approximately 2 tablespoons of water and some lemon juice. One should pour this mixture with, water, lemon mix on top of the dhoklas. Then let the dhoklas soak the liquid for a couple of minutes. The dhoklas are ready to be served.

Weight loss recipe for salads:

Name of one of the weight watcher recipes for salads is "Asian chicken salad".

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Black pepper
4 cups cabbage, shredded
3 green onions, thinly slice
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup no-fat Asian or Oriental-style salad dressing
1 cup carrots, grated
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 mandarin orange or tangerine, divided into section

Method:

Mix chicken, carrots, cucumber cabbage, mushrooms, cilantro, and dressing in a large vessel and then stir well. Then top it with tangerine and green onions and then add pepper for taste.

Weight loss recipe for main course:

One of the weight loss diet recipes for main course is "Chicken Tikka".

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts

Method:

Cut the chicken pieces into 1-inch cubes and then sprinkle some lemon juice and salt on top of it.
Take a small vessel and then mix all the marinade ingredients and stir properly.
Then you have to thread the chicken pieces onto skewers. Then you have to brush marinade each and every side of the chicken pieces and then keep it in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Then the chicken should be grilled for 15-20 minutes.
A dipping sauce has to be prepared by combining the mint and yogurt.
