We need to eat healthy food to stay fit and healthy. What we eat shows on our face and affects health. Eat Fruits like Apples, Apricots, Bananas, Grapes, Oranges and other citrus fruits, Pineapple, Prunes, Watermelon (rich in Vitamin C). They are low in fat and hg in Vitamins.
