Fry 8 pieces of chicken thighs in a frying pan until they turn golden brown. In another pan fry the chopped onions. Then add some grated garlic and ginger paste. After that the grounded coriander and cumin powder need to be added. To this mixture add chilli powder and turmeric powder. On top of the mixture some flour should be sprinkled. Some tomato puree and 250 ml of water should be added next along with coconut that is grated and creamed. The mixture should be boiled in low flame. Now chicken should be added to the mixture. The pan should be covered and cooked for 20 minutes. Delicate chicken curry which is one of the yummiest healthy dinner recipes is prepared and ready to be served.
Another of the easy healthy recipes that is mouthwatering is "baked aromatic chicken".
Ingredients:
The oven should be preheated at 350 F or 180 C. Chicken should be seasoned with pepper and salt. It can be kept in layers in a roasting tin. Over the chicken, black olives, tomatoes, chopped basil and garlic should be sprinkled. A little olive oil can also be sprinkled over it. The dish can be baked for 90 minutes and served red hot with pasta or potatoes.

- Garlic 24 cloves
- Fresh basil( a handful)
- Olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes 220gms
- 100 gm
