Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup baby food prunes
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Methods:

You can mix cinnamon, flour, lemon rind and sugar. Then apples, lemon juice and strawberries should be mixed. Oven should be preheated to 325 degrees. Mix cocoa, flour and salt in a small vessel and keep it aside. Now egg whites, brown sugar, prunes, butter and vanilla should be blended by using electric blender or a wooden spoon in a low speed. Flour should be added eventually and blended after each addition. After that walnuts should be stirred and the batter should be evenly poured over an 8 x 8"-inch baking pan which is coated with a spray that is non-sticky. The mix should be baked till 20 - 22 minutes, until the edges become dry to touch while the centre remains fudgy.

Caramel-Walnut Cheesecake

Ingredients:

2 tbsp fat-free milk 16 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 20 pcs caramel candy, melted 6 oz reduced fat graham cracker crust 5 oz egg whites, slightly beaten 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup granulated sugar Method:

Caramel candy should be melted with milk in a large vessel. Now the filling should be prepared by mixing vanilla extract, cream cheese, sugar and egg whites. It should be then mixed well and then the walnuts should be folded in. It should be then poured over caramel layer. Now oven should be preheated to 350. Then it should be baked for 30 minutes until the center is set. After that it should be cooled completely and refrigerated for at least three hours.
