Ingriedients

1/2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 cup Cream
2 tsp Gelatin
1/2 cup Mango slices, sliced into small pieces
1/2 cup Mango Puree

Method:-

Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water. Then separate the egg yolks and whites. Meanwhile prepare the mango puree and add it to along with the sugar to the yolk which should be nice and fluffy and prepare it over a pot of hot water (double boiler) till all the sugar dissolves. Then gradually dissolve the soaked gelatin in hot water and add to the yolk mixture and allow it to cool. Then beat the cream and add it to this mixture slowly. After this add the mango slices. Now, beat the egg whites nice and stiff and fold into the soufflé mixture. Set in the freezer for at least 4 hours and when it is done, you can decorate it with cream and mango slices (I sometimes cut small mango cubes), and serve the Mango Soufflé in small cups

This is a quick and delicious soufflé that is suitable for parties where everyone enjoys it. There are many ways that the Mango Soufflé can be prepared, but this is a quick and easy recipe. This is one of my all time fav dessert recipe and I make it with the Mancurado Mangoes (Goan Special) from my own garden, for the real rich creamy and authentic taste. My family loves it and I love feasting them on delicious mouth watering Mango Soufflé. Come the mango season and I got to make the Mango Soufflé trying out various recipes but this one is easy and quick one.
