Ingredients :

  • Â3/4 cup sugar
  • 1cup cashew (powdered)
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Method :

Combine the sugar with ½ cup water. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Stir well. Cook on MEDIUM HIGH, uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring only thrice. (The syrup must form a soft ball when dropped in cold water). Add the powdered cashew and the cardamom powder. Beat till thick. Spread on a greased surface, cool and cut into pieces.
