A delicious, high fibre dessert, rich in fruit sugar - this will have everyone eating out of your hands in no time at all!

Ingredients:
· 2 apples
· 1 banana
· A pinch of nutmeg powder
· A few drops of lemon juice
· The juice of 1 orange
· 1 teaspoon sugar

Procedure:
Mash the banana and add nutmeg, lemon juice and sugar. Peel the skin off the apples and cut them in halves. Scoop out the centre - seeds and all. Put some banana mixture inside these apple cups. Pour the orange juice on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, or until the apples are soft. Serve hot.
