Love pasta? In your soup as well, you say? Then this is just the right kind of soup for you!


  • Macaroni ---- 100 grams

  • Cooked frozen vegetables ---- 250 grams

  • Ready to use soup (Chicken /lentil) --- 1 packet

  • Oil --- 1 teaspoon

  • Onion ---- 1 cup, Chopped

  • Cloves ---- 2

  • Cinnamon ---- 1 piece

  • Green chillies ---- 2-3, slit

  • Salt ---- To taste

Cook macaroni, strain, and rinse. Prepare soup as directed on the pack. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cloves, cinnamon, chillies and onion. Fry for 2 minutes. Add ½ cup water or stock. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the soup and vegetables. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add macaroni and salt. Thicken with a little corn flour if desired. Bring to a boil, remove from fire, serve hot.
