GAZPACHO – SPANISH [ for 4]
- Tomatoes 3

- Cucumbers 2
- Green pepper 1
- Parsley a few
- Scallion a bunch
Fresh dill or dried dill a little
Blend & puree all the above together, until fairly smooth
- Thick tomato juice 3cups
- Cucumber, carrot,
- Green pepper 1 – finely cut
- Tomatoes 2 –finely cut
- Celary a little, finely cut.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Chili powder a pinch
Pepper powder & salt as required
Stir in the tomato juice & lemon juice
Add all other ingredients stir & refrigerate
GAZPACHO- INDIAN VERSION [for 4]
- Tomatoes 6
- Cucumber 1
- Green pepper 1

- Ginger 1piece
- Mint leaves a few
- Cinnamon, clove 1each
- Grind together & strain.
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp
- Chilli powder a pinch
Add all the above to the strained soup Blend again & refrigerate
Serve with salt, pepper &crushed coriander leaves
