RED BEAN SOUP- MEXICAN [for 4]

  • Canned red beans 1can
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Basil, cilantro, a few
  • Celary a little
  • Chilli 1

Blend all the above until well pureed. Do not strain.

  • Bell pepper 1 finely chopped
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Chilli powder a pinch

Salt & pepper as required
Add all these into the bean puree
Serve refrigerated.

RED BEANS SOUP- INDIAN VERSION [for 4]

  • Rajma 1cup
  • Tomatos 4
  • Coriander a few leaves
  • Chilli 1

Soak rajma overnight & pressure cook till soft.
Blend all the above together until well pureed. Do not strain

  • Capsicum small 1 finely chopped
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Chilli powder a pinch
  • Cumin powder 1tsp

Salt & pepper as required
Add all these into the rajma puree
Serve refrigerated
