Surprise your family and friends with this wonderful delicacy.
Preparation time: 12 minutes
Serves/makes: serves 2Ingredients:
- Small potatoes with jackets - 200 grams
- Coconut - 1/4 grated fresh
- Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander-cumin seed (dhana-jira) powder - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
Method:
Wash the potatoes. Make slits on them. If you want, remove the skin. Bake the potatoes on HIGH for about 6 to 7 minutes. Mix all the other ingredients very well and stuff into the potatoes. Arrange in a shallow dish and sprinkle a little oil and 1 1/2 tablespoons of water. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes.
