Ingredients
Thoor dhal 1cup
Onion 1 (big Size)
Tomato 2
Mango juice ½ cup
Tamarind amla size
Mango 1
Sambar powder 2 teaspoon
Salt Required quantity
Curry Leaves Little
Corriander Little
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

 For Seasoning
Green chilly 2
Mustard ½ teaspoon
Urad dhal 1 teaspoon
FenuGreek ½ teaspoon
Oil 2 teaspoon
Asafoetida ½ teaspoon
Method:
Boil dhal with little of turmeric powder. Cut onion & tomato into small pieces. Peel mango and cut into big pieces. Heat oil and season with mustard and urad and other items till brown. Add onion and sauté till golden brown, add tomato, salt , sambar powder and saute, Add dhal water to this mixture. Then add mango pieces and curry leaves and boil it for 5 minutes. Add 1cup tamarind water to it. Also add asafoetida powder. Wait till it gets cooked and add mango juice boil it for some more time and garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
