Ingredients:
8 - mango slices, cubed
3 - onions, cut into large pieces
3 teaspoon - coarse red chilli powder
1 teaspoon - mustard powder
1 teaspoon - turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon - fennel seeds
1 teaspoon - vinegar
1 teaspoon - corn flour
30 ml - tomato puree
45 ml - honey
roasted and powdered cinnamon powder
oil as required
salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil and saute the mango till done. Remove from oil. Add onion and stir-fry for two minutes and remove from oil. Add the seasoning and fry for a few seconds. Dissolve corn flour in a little water to a smooth paste and add to the pan. Stir till it turns glossy. Add the mango, onion, tomato puree and honey and stir-fry for two minutes. Serve hot.
