Yes, it's cauliflower - and yes, its green - and you know what else? It's low on calories! What more can one ask for?

Ingredients:
· 1 bunch Coriander leaves
· 1 bunch Green garlic
· 6 Green chillies
· 1 inch piece Ginger
· 3-4 Spring onions
· 2 small Tomatoes
· 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
· 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
· 1/2 kg Cauliflower
· 1 tablespoon Oil
· Salt

Method:
Grind together coriander, green garlic, chillies, ginger and onions. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry all this masala until it is cooked.
Chop tomatoes into fine pieces, using green tomatoes if available and add to masala. Mix in salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
Remove greens from cauliflower. If cauliflower is small in size, then you should have two large florets. If you have one large cauliflower, then you can cut it into large florets. Clean well.
Mix cauliflower into masala paste. Cover and cook with a sprinkling of water on low heat, turning occasionally to cook evenly. Depending on the freshness of the cauliflower it will be done in 20-30 minutes.
