Delicious, easy to make and low in calories - what more can one ask for?!

Ingredients:
2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder
2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1/2 Kilo skinned, boneless Chicken Breast cut in strips
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Minced Parsley
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
2 Jalapeno Peppers, deseeded & diced
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
4 Tortillas
3 Cups Chopped Lettuce
1 1/3 Cups Tomatoes, deseeded & chopped

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a plastic bag. Add the chicken to this and shake. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Place a non-stick pan on thestove. Add the chicken and cook until done for about 5 minutes. Add the buttermilk mixture and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Warm the tortillas in a microwave for 20 seconds. Spoon the chicken mixture on the tortillas. Top with the lettuce and tomato. Roll and wrap them up. Serve.
