Vinegar chicken

Try this easy-to-make and completely healthy and simply delicious chicken dish.

Ingredients

Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts6OliveOil1 TablespoonPepper1/2 TeaspoonGarlic3 Cloves, crushedTomato Paste1 1/2 Tablespoons Chicken Broth1 Cup Vinegar 2/3 CupHoney1 Tablespoon Scallions, chopped1 Tablespoon

Method :

Heat Oil in a saucepan. Add Chicken and brown on all sides, for about 10 minutes. Remove from pan and drain off any excess fat. Add remaining ingredients to the pan. Bring to a boil and return chicken to the pan. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve.
