Curry Powder 2 TspChilli Powder 2 Tsp Ground Pepper 2 TspGround Coriander1 TspGround Ginger1 Tsp Ground Cumin1 TspGround Cinnamon1 Tsp Butter1 TbspChopped Onion1 CupGarlic Cloves, minced2Skinned and boneless Chicken breast cut into pieces500 gms Cubed Potatoes5 Cups Water4 Cups Chopped Tomato2/3 CupTomato Paste1/2 CupCurd1/2 Cup
Combine the first 7 ingredients. Melt the butter in a Dutch oven. Saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Stir in the spice mixture and saute for 3 more minutes. Add the chicken and saute for 10 minutes. Stir often. Combine the curd and tomato paste, stir with a whisk. Add the curd mixture and potato to the water in the pan. Bring it to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice.
