4 Chicken Breasts with the skin removed
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 2/3 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
2 / 3 Cups White Rice
1 chopped Capsicum
Mix all the ingredients together in a fry pan.
Lay chicken on top of mixture. Cover and cook for 45 minutes on low heat.
