DINE WITH PINE

Ingredients:

Pineapple1 noCherries ½ cupCapsicum 1 noPepper powder to tasteSalt to taste

Method

Peel and chop pineapple and cherries. Chop the capsicum as well. Add salt and pepper powder; mix well and serve chilled.

RED PUMPKIN TREAT

Ingredients:

Grated red pumpkin1 cupChickoo 2 nosPomegranate seeds ¼ cupRice flakes1 tbspSkimmed milk2 tbspCardamom powder a pinch

Method

Chop the chickoos finely. Wash the rice flakes and set it aside for a few minutes. Later, mix all the ingredients; sprinkle milk and mix well. Add cardamom powder and serve chilled.

PAPAYA BOAT

Ingredients:

Ripe papaya1 noChopped cherries 2 tbspChopped seedless grapes4 tbspChopped banana ¼ cupSaffron(1-2) strands

Method

Peel the papaya and cut it into two halves, each resembling a boat. Scoop out the seeds. Soak the saffron in warm water for sometime. Later, mix the rest of the fruits. Place the papaya boats on a serving plate and fill them with the mixed fruits. Serve chilled.
