Ingredients :
Idli Rawa2 cupsGrated carrot ½ cupGrated sweet pumpkin ½ cupGrated coconut ½ cupGreen chillies chopped4SaltTo tasteCoriander leaves1 tbspMethod :
Soak Idli Rawa in water the previous night.
Preparation:
- Drain out excess water from Rawa Idli
- Put the idli batter in a bowl
- Grate carrots, coconut, sweet pumpkin
- Add to idli batter
- Add salt chillies and coriander
- Mix well
- Ladle out in idli plates
- Pressure cook without the whistle
- Cook for about 12 minutes
- Serve hot
