Ingredients :

Idli Rawa2 cupsGrated carrot ½ cupGrated sweet pumpkin ½ cupGrated coconut ½ cupGreen chillies chopped4SaltTo tasteCoriander leaves1 tbsp

Method :

Soak Idli Rawa in water the previous night.

Preparation:

  • Drain out excess water from Rawa Idli
  • Put the idli batter in a bowl
  • Grate carrots, coconut, sweet pumpkin
  • Add to idli batter
  • Add salt chillies and coriander
  • Mix well
  • Ladle out in idli plates
  • Pressure cook without the whistle
  • Cook for about 12 minutes
  • Serve hot
