Ingredients:

Eggs lightly beaten2White sugar2/3 cupSelf-raising flour½ cupVanilla essence1 tspFinely chopped dates1 cupFinely chopped nuts1 cup

Method:

In a bowl beat the eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla essence, until the mixture is well combined and fluffy. Fold in the dates and nuts and transfer into a greased cake tin. Cook on a moderate microwave oven for 30 minutes.
