Ingredients:
Soy granules2 cupsBoiled rice1 cupMethi seeds1 tspMoong dhal ¼ cup SaltTo taste
Method:
Soak soy granules, boiled rice, moong dhal, methi seeds together for 6 to 8 hours.
Wash them thoroughly and wet grind them till dosa consistency.
Add salt to taste.
Mix well and make dosas
This batter need not be fermented. Can be stored in fridge in air tight containers for at least 7 days.
