Ingredients:











Soy granules2 cupsBoiled rice1 cupMethi seeds1 tspMoong dhal ¼ cup SaltTo taste

Method:

  • Soak soy granules, boiled rice, moong dhal, methi seeds together for 6 to 8 hours.

  • Wash them thoroughly and wet grind them till dosa consistency.

  • Add salt to taste.

  • Mix well and make dosas

This batter need not be fermented. Can be stored in fridge in air tight containers for at least 7 days.
