Ingredients:

Grated raw potatoes (Low Calorie)3 cupsEggs2
Flour3 tbspMilk1/4 cupSalt1 tspBaking powder1 tsp

Add all ingredients and beat well. Pour off water as it accumulates. (make sure you get all the water out). Drop by the spoonfuls onto hot greased griddle; spread as thinly as possible and fry on both sides. These taste great with applesauce, sour cream, butter or jelly.
