Ingredients:

Betki Fillet4 Cornflour2 tbspLemon juice2 tbspSugar1 tspWater1 cupWhite vinegar1 tbspSaltto tasteOil As required

Method:

Mix betki fillet with corn flour, salt, and lemon juice. Then put little oil in a pan and fry the fish till slightly brown. Now in separate pan mix water, corn flour, sugar, salt, lemon juice, vinegar and make it boil till it thickens. Now pour this lemon sauce to the fried betki fillet. Garnish with sliced cucumber, tomato and onion. Serve hot.
