Ingredients:

Fish fillets500 gmsCarrots(boiled)150 gmsGreen peas(boiled)150 gmsLettuce(chopped,coarsely) ½ cupJuice of lemon1 noMustard powder ½ tspSalt and pepperto taste

Method :

1.Cut the fillets into 5 pieces.
2.Mix salt, pepper, mustard powder and lemon juice. Apply the mixture to the fish pieces and keep aside for an hour.
3.Grill the fish, till it is done.
4.Serve with boiled carrots and peas.
