Ingredients:
Rohu fish250 gmsEgg white1Turmeric powder1 tsp Ginger garlic paste1 tspGaram masala powder1 tspCorriander finely chopped1 tbspMinced onion1Chopped green chillies1 tspBread slice(remove the edges)1Salt To tasteOil1 tbsp
Method:
Boil the fish with some turmeric powder, salt, and ginger garlic paste. Remove skin and bones and mash it. Now add the slice of bread, beaten egg white and the rest of the ingredients(except oil) to the mashed fish and mix well. Shape into kebabs and grill on a greased tawa till golden brown (grill over medium flame). Serve hot with green chutney or salad.
