Ingredients:

Cabbage (small)100 gmsMayonnaise1/2 cupYoghurt or curd 1/2 cupOnion, chopped2 tbspsBlack pepper1/8 tspAny one Fruit (orange,
pineapple, peaches etc)1/2 cupSalt1/2 tsp

Procedure:

Clean the cabbage of any discoloured or limp leaves. Cut the cabbage into quarters lengthwise, and trim off the core. Cut the cabbage into very thin slices. Place the slices in a bowl and toss with the mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt, black pepper and the fruits. Serve as required.
